Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the order is delivered. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order. We usually make exceptions to this rule if necessary. Simply send an email to refund@hollerbrand.com.

Wrong sizes
If you’re unhappy with the size you received, make sure the size on the garment matches the size on the sizing chart. There is a normal tolerance of 1-2 inches in size deviation from the sizes listed in the size tables. Though unlikely, the garment could have been mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you taken care of. If you require a different size, please contact us at refund@hollerbrand.com and we will advise you on your next steps.
For your convenience, all products sent are labelled with a return address.
Please let us know how we should handle your return as well. Do you want to exchange the size or do you want a refund? Unless the item is damaged or lost in transit, the customer is responsible for the return shipment costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged items.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. We don’t want you to be stuck with a damaged product. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo within a week!
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.
